Create Invisible "Off Limits" Zones for Maximum Pet Containment.The Border Control CheckPoint works hand-in-hand with the ComCollar to keep your pet from entering areas that are off limits. When a dog wearing the ComCollar approaches the CheckPoint beam, the ComCollar vibrates, alerting the dog that he is leaving a safe zone and approaching an off-limits zone.Use the CheckPoint to keep your dog in or out of a room, or place it near your front door to keep your dog from running away or bothering visitors. By using the CheckPoint at front or back doors, you are providing additional protection by creating an off-limits zone around the doorway.State-of-the-art technology and customizable modes give you dog training and safety flexibility.The CheckPoint uses an invisible beam to create a border within a room or area in your home. The combination of the adjustable beam emitter and the rotating turret give you complete freedom to set up the invisible zone wherever you need it.The CheckPoint plugs into a standard 110v AC wall receptacle, just like a night light. It has a ring around the outside that glows blue when plugged in to let you know it is powered. This light ring also serves as a further reinforcement for your dog to stay out of the off-limits zone.The CheckPoint has three modes:GREEN LIGHT = Vibration Correction Mode. AMBER LIGHT = Training Mode. ComCollar vibrates first. If your dog does not go back into the safe zone, a static correction is applied at increasing levels. At no point is the static correction harmful NOTE: Your dog will not receive a static correction in this (or any) mode unless you have installed the metal contact points on the ComCollar.RED LIGHT = Static Correction Mode. While the correction is safe and will not harm your dog, most dogs will not require this mode of correction.
